HOW do you stop?? You stop and suffer the withdrawls and you are way too young for this crap. STOP and JUST SAY NO! The hell is wrong with you?

So you have been a heavy drinker since you were 10 and your parents don’t know? Where the hell were you getting the booze?
You’re a liar. There is no way that you have been drinking heavily since you were 10 and your parents don’t know. I can smell alcohol on someones breath from across the room, yet your parents can’t tell when they hug you goodnight. And if you are drinking heavily, then surely you must be getting drunk. No one notices that you can’t walk straight, or talk without slurring?
I think if you want attention this bad then maybe you should try out for sports and try to get people to notice you by doing something good instead of making up stories on the internet.
tell your parents? look into AA or NA, NA usually has some younger people
You can stop by just…stopping. Self discipline and control are two key factors in conquering any addiction. At 15, without anyone else’s knowledge, I highly doubt you are a heavy drinker. Maybe if you provided the amount of alcohol and the frequency of use, one could determine whether or not you had an actual addiction. If you use pot and alcohol to escape or ease emotional pain, than it is more likely you are dependent. Alcohol withdrawals are very serious and can lead to death. An alcoholic cannot lead any “normal” life without drinking because their body begins to physically depend on that substance. Check out the AA or NA website. Its normal for teenagers to experiment, but putting boundaries on how far that experimentation goes is crucial for not having a substance addiction in the future.
