Question by sasykins: Are all young people slightly alcoholic?
well it sounds wierd but we were having this conversation at school today. sometimes you just could really do with a vodka and lemonade before maths to perk you up a bit lol, does anyone else get this, we all do, to be fair we drink quite a lot at weekends but doesnt ayone else think that most young people are like slightly addicted to drink?

Yea i suppose slightly. Except those who do not drink at all.

No, there are some people who dont drink at all.
It is normal for a teen to drink alcohol not only because they think its cool but they usually arent aloud.And as i know tens love sneaking things. i have been a drinker for awhile and im 18

imo yes. i turn 18 in 3 days and i have been drinkin since middle school. i know on friday ill probly get wasted too!!
depends… whether they drink a lot or just once in a while, also depends on how much. and on how you would define a person to be an alcoholic…
I would not go as far as saying that young people are alcoholics. Alcoholics grow dependent on alcohol to function. I haven’t seen many young people drinking beer in the morning to get them through the day.
However, I will admit that most young people are alcohol ABUSERS. Where they drink too much alcohol or do not know how to moderate (I have been through this many times)
Alcoholics have financial trouble because they need alcohol because they are addicted to the mental depressant in the drink. Alcohol abusers indulge in too much alcohol but don’t drink it as a means to get through the day.
