If so does it include how the alcoholic parents effects the child’s life or the families life in general?

I know the movie “28 Days” was a story about a woman (played by Sandra Bullock) who had an alcoholic parent and she ended up turning into an alcoholic herself. She ended up getting drunk and stealing a limo at her sister’s funeral and wrecking it. She was sentenced to a rehabilitation center and most of the movie follows her through that.
