I don’t think so, mainly because they aren’t supposed to be in liquor stores not accompanied by adults. Also because i believe it is 0.01% alcohol. so i am not sure but i don’t think they can. Also it probably will vary by state.
What do you think? Answer below!

NO
simply because non alcoholic beer still has a fractional amount of alcohol in it, and in most areas is regulated just like any other spirits… It would be covered under the Establishment’s permit to sell alcoholic beverages, and subject to the same laws as regular beer…
no. you still have to be 21 in order to purchase non alcoholic beer. they came out with the non alcy stuff when AA started to be widely known.

Non-alcoholic beer would be 0.00% ABV and the ones you’re referring to are 0.5% so no, you still have to be 21, and yes I know that it would be difficult to even get a buzz from it, but law is law.
Ya you can go for fruit beer but please remember only kids drink them lol
Technically, according to US Law, yes they can.
What we call non-alcoholic beer contains 0.5%alcohol by volume, as described in the 18th Ammendment that enacted Prohibition.
(BTW Becky Sue, that is when these drinks came into favor, not with the creation of AA!)
The law defined an intoxicating liquor as anything containing more than 0.5%abv.
Technically speaking, since it is classified as a non-alcoholic beverage, there is no age limit. Most retailers will not sell it to kids since it is still beer, which has been demonized in Western culture, but there is no law preventing them from doing so.
Not to worry though, if you’re thinking of your kids, NA beer typically tastes pretty bad, and one would have to drink 10 bottles to get the same effect as 1 bottle of standard American Beer (Bud is 5%abv).
Essentially, they’d get full and have to pee a lot before feeling even the slightest effect.
Cheers!
