Yes, and it is the right thing to do. Kids get into drugs for some really stupid reasons, and parents want to do what is best for their children, and drugs are definitely NOT the best thing.
If my kid were involved with drugs and I knew it, I would have him in re-hab before the sun set the very day I learned he was using.

Yes they can, if the child is under 17 they are not considered adults.
absolutely, however, if they do not have a drug problem or behave badlty enough, they will be kicked out.
