YES it seems to have that effect on Caucasian girls mostly from what i have seen.

The more immediate result is that you may well have children (assuming you are female). Over the long term, assuming incredible and consistent usage, yes (but moreso in men over the short term).
I don’t necessarily think it will prevent births, but fetus growth will be harmed, because you lose your apetite, and get crack and ecstacy into your bloodstream, to the fetus. Also, crack kids tend to be light at birth, and just cling to life, as well as having defects.
I should think that the affect of narcotics upon ones intelligence would be conducive to having children where none were wanted. The unwanted children are now roaming the streets, carrying guns, selling narcotics themselves.

Very likely. Most any illegal drug causes major damage to ones body.
