lol I donno if this help but i use to have a big appetite but now that ive gotten braces im forced to eat slower. So maybe try chewing more before you swallow your food like 25 times or something… you’ll get full faster and eat less..

You will know when they find a cure for over-eating.
You won’t see any fat people anymore, anywhere.
Until then: buy bigger pants.
Someone said it. Eat slower.
The slower you eat the fuller you feel hense the less you should eat.
Also, before you eat drink a tall glass of water.
I would not call this an eating disorder, do not self-diagnose yourself. I do not know what topamax is for but talk to your doctor about the fact that you keep losing weight. You could simply have an over active thyroid.
Millions are now doing this in the USA and Canada. The oils used to make margarine and cooking oil allow the bacteria in the gut to grow too acid. This make a movement and more hunger. By midnight the body is going crazy to be satisfied. I was told to use coconut oil and olive oil three weeks ago to stop the acid bacteria. I now have only one movement and no more craving . I am starting to believe I don’t feel hungry. I really know I will lose lots of weight because I am feeling good too. Pills all made me sick.
If you are taking Topamax for migraines, here is something you should look into. Typically prescription drugs are only going to get rid of your symptoms, but it doesn’t get rid of the cause of the headaches. There are 12 main categories of headaches which are: allergy headaches, cluster headaches, dental headaches, exertion, eyestrain, migraine, organic, rebound, sinus, tension, trauma, and vascular headaches.
You might want to look into these and try to determine what’s causing your headaches. For example, a rebound headache occurs when you say, try to quite drinking caffinated drinks. 24 hours later the headaches start because you’ve suddenly removed caffeine from your diet. If you were to drink coffee again later, your headache may go away, and you didn’t even realize that that was the reason why your headache stopped.
This is just an example of one situation. As far as the eating disorder goes, make sure you are eating a LARGE breakfast, and keep your dinner as light as you can. Also make sure you are well hydrated. Start drinking close to a gallon of water every day. If you haven’t noticed, you can easily eat more when you are dehydrated because your body is trying to absorb water from food sources.
Remember the key to health is proper diet and exercise. Good health will never come from a pill, good health only comes from a healthy body. So do what you can to look into and learn more on these subjects.
