Trust me, you will kick yourself when you see your baby and know you didn't do the best thing possible, and give him/her the best chance possible. Also I've read your body needs a year to prepare it for a pregnancy. By taking the responsibility to care for yourself you will prove to you and others you can care for a child. Folic acid prevents birth defects and miscarriages. Start taking a multivitamin and eating better.Once you get where you are healthy and consistent, then you can almost be ready to be a parent.
