Question by meiguoren86: Girl whose pregnant doing ecstasy coke drinking and sleeping around?
I know as a man I am unable to tell a woman what to do with their bodies when pregnant.
But I was back for the summer and I noticed this sketch girl whose always lived by me was having a sketch person party. And I remember seeing her at the grocery store and she told me she was pregnant. And then I saw her at her house drinking and blowing coke and she told me she was on ecstasy. And I thought to my self like geez that might be bad for a child development. But I knew I couldn’t say anything, cause ive always heard that its my body I do what I want kinda thing.
But im thinking about the future like what if its possible drugs and alcohol could harm a childs development, and could become a burden on soceity.
Yet I did say something and she got pissed, yet I don’t feel bad?
But ill ask you ladies can only the mother deciede what is best for a baby. And no one can say diffrently?

it can definitly harm the baby an probably already has the poor thing will most likely be born with withdrawls an have to be in intensive care thats if she does not miscarry first..
if you said something an she got pissed then there really isnt anything you can do except report her to family protection an they will most likely take the baby off her when it is born an make her have drug tests throughout the whole pregnancy..
mothers generally know what is best for their baby but there is alot that dont ie teen pregnancies an like the girl you know…

Unfortunately yes it is completely up to the mother if she wants to be responsible and take care of herself during pregnancy. If she says “it’s my body I’ll do what I want” simply remind her that it isn’t just her body and that everything she puts into her body goes into her babys tiny little body. I hope someone stops her from ruining this childs life!
oh the poor baby… report her please. she’s responsible for another life now not just hers so no, she can’t do whatever she likes.
No i agree with you, what ever you said was probably the truth and she got pissed cause she was in the wrong, it goes with what i always say, stupid people should not reproduce. And people who cant give up doing drugs, drinking, or smoking for the sake of the baby they were irresponsible enough to make shouldnt have kids!
Yes it can definitely impair the baby’s growth and development. And Yes taxpayers do pay a lot of the expenses for these little victims. And Yes you were a voice for that baby. If I knew for sure someone like that was harming their baby, I’d call social services.

if she continues to take drugs her baby will be born with an addcition and go through the same withdrawls as person on drugs would…. not nice for a little baby..

Report her ASAP. What a pity some women want babies so badly and would be great mothers but can’t fall pregnant but wastes of space like that girl can. She doesn’t deserve to have a baby.
You can say whatever you wanna say and Im proud of you for saying something! Something else you can do is call the hospital she delivers at (once of corse she has the baby) and you can put in an anyonomous call saying that you believe that baby was exposed to drugs and alcohol and that baby may possibly be taken from her if the blood test come up positive
That poor baby! Hopefully, when her baby is born with withdrawls, child services will take it away from that awful woman.
no the child can be tooken away from her at birth if she is still doing drugs. there are also many laws indicating a women cannot indulge herself in taking drugs while she is pregnant, they make her go to rehab or have daily urine tests while shes pregnant. i cannot believe she is doing that it makes me sick because my mom was the same way, she left my dad my sister and me without a word when i was about 2 and on average i only see her once every 3 years. what she is doing is not “best for the baby”. where is the father?
if i knew i was pregnant i would NOT be doing any of those drugs, so she could also be lying. u can also call the sheriff station and ask to speek to the desk sargent tell him the problem (dont say where u live or ur name or anything) and ask him what can happen or what the law can do to help. i am not big on snitching i actually hate cops but in this situation i say do it.

I agree with you, that it harms the baby. I think it is disgusting that pregnant women can smoke, drink and do drugs.
I am glad you have the balls to say something, I believe it needs to be said.
I believe when a women is pregnant she forgoes her wants and should only focus on her baby. If you become pregnant planned or unplanned, if you don’t have an abortion you have made a commitment to have a baby and as such should put all the care into it that you can.
