You can’t stop them. you can only hope to contain them before they target you.
To be honest, your question is a very strange one. Just don’t get involved in drugs, there are a lot better things to do in life.
Help them meet life’s most important challenges and they will be happy.

Why not offer your support to a local rehab that helps get people off meth. How about spending time with the addicts and listening to their problems and offering solutions. How about reading about ways you can get involved and make a difference. Take a class which will teach you how to help addicts. Volunteer at your local Red Cross. Do something constructive rather than creating your own personal war. Let the authorities take care of the war on drugs, as a citizen you should contact the local police and ask them how you can help. Why not join the police force if it means that much to you.
How can you think that meth users do what you say? Do you have any actual proof of this acusation? Or are you trying to incite others to argue with you?
