It is about a teen-aged girl who became an alcoholic.

I can only tell you fragments of what I remember from it.

At the beginning of the book she meets a guy who she really likes. They go on a date where he brings alcohol and they get drunk on the beach.

She ends up drinking everyday and starts to gain weight due to the alcohol. She ends up having to cut a hole in A Tablecloth (I think it was a table cloth)

One of her teachers is concerned and tells her how she used to be an alcoholic and can tell what going on.

Another thing I remember is she got really drunk and a stranger picked her up and she woke up in an apartment naked and with a hangover.

All of this and more was because of her boyfriend.

I am sorry this is all I can offer. But I really need to find this book.
