There is a website with some links for forums and message boards.

There are some options there, You would be looking at the teen boards or anything that says AlaTeen.
If this is a problem you are facing you can also look into Alateen meetings for support. Its anonymous and there is other people dealing with the same issues.
Most cities have Ala-non or AlaTeen meeting available, you can find out more info by going to the web site.
