I wish I had gone when I was younger. Maybe, just maybe, I, myself, wouldn't have turned out to be an alcoholic. It helps to have a place where you can vent and i wish i would have had that offered to me. Luckily my daughter was only 2 so side effects weren't there, but if she was older, I wish they would have something around for her to attendand discuss her emotions with.
