i’d like to hear ur thoughts on this.
Wow, thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom it is very much appreciated.
sorry, hope this made sense and was somewhat pragmatic, thank you for provocating me; why I love your videos: you are full of so much. I will get you a video list another time if you like too, I’m reading right now and have a reading list to get through LOL. Thanks friend.
So information is key, it’s just mediocre information just like with anything else; moderation is key. If you want to sustain your so that you can move around be happy and have fun and some decent memory; you must synchronize body, mind and spirit so that they are all working in balance with each other or your benign disarrangements will grow like a tree over the years and blossom up into mightier problems that have roots you’d need to get rid of (which could take years!). Better now than later.
there is no such thing as learning too much. You can over-stuff your brain if you cram too much information in it; for example: it’s sort of like throwing everything into a closet at once, you may have a general idea of where you put what but you won’t know exactly where to the precise extent to provide a 100% accurate recall of everything. Organize your brain like you’d organize your closet! Just make sure the closet isn’t empty, or start to diminish because if it does then it will collapse.
on it. But to improve everything every time you do it. Always be innovative and look for something new, if you are dawdling when doing something physical (as long as it’s not something like meditation that means you need to improve) then you need to either A) add something new B) spice it up a bit. Spicing it up a bit could mean adding your own zest and/or learning something new. Then when you learn something new you can do everything together in harmony. That’s what the brain is meant to do -
ligaments/bones in general and overall muscle aches. It soothes and derails any tension you’d have, I’ve seen some of your yoga excersizes being implemented within your regular martial art stretches I’m not sure if you noticed (you probably did) but you did some of yoga stretches too the other day but not all. Just 5 minutes a day 7 days a week increases your life (average) 3 years. Challenging yourself and that is not to do something that was once challenging and very scarcely done and to sit-
and it’s great that it’s in supplement of everything you’ve stated. There is a lot of pigeon holes I believe though, in the understandment of the mind. People should really research this if they don’t have the knowhow on why it is important to get extra-curriculer activities done post-prior highschool education. Martial arts and learning a new language are probably the most prominent combination out there. Furthermore yoga stretches should be conducted every morning for your joints/tendons/ligam
because there are less and less people playing sports that means they are doing something else, that’s not to say they aren’t playing sports but it usually, and probably is playing a video game. Even if it is that you find it exhausting to play that particular game (be it nintendo wi) you aren’t socializing like you would and devoloping your character interfacing with the control. It cannot substitute. I love your view on all of this I have an association and affliction for everything you’ve -
that gives you something both long-term and short-term satisfaction. A martial art is amazing for this but that stimulates only portions of the brain, to truely have the most optimal life though you wan’t to richen yourself with a vast array of experiences, it’s the only way it should be done. Reading about certain things isn’t a substitute it’s an addendum; go out and live, let your mind be one with your body and let them express their symbiatic-connection for one another.
You want to consistently challenge yourself in order to champion your true potential. In order to have the most affective stimulus throughout all faculties of the mind you’d truely need to pick-up on a new language! Language learning is fun because you introduce new ways of thinking; it’s too bad they wouldn’t make a game that concentrates on learning instead of what you subsequently learn, which is usually unapplicable to society. But back to the point you might want to do something incredibile
