When i was 13 i thought i would be an alcoholic. Now that I'm 20 I barely drink. The older you get, the more responsible you will become and the more responsibility you will have. By the time your are legal to drink hopefully you will have other things to do than drink all the time. Drinking gets less glamourized by your 21st birthday.
