If alcohol is introduced slowly up until you turn legal (glass of wine with a meal at home or whatever) then studies show that you will have a more sensible approach to alcohol when you are legal than someone who has been completely dry up until the age they are legal to buy it. 2. Smoking in any sort of way can have effects on your body. Maybe not noticeable, but a cigarette is still a cigarette, no matter how you smoke it. 3. I'm assuming you're referring to illegal drugs here. I suppose it depends on the quantity, but I'm definately sure that it would have some kind of long term effect on your body 1. No. I was allowed to have some alcohol when I was younger - mostly as a cure for stomache aches (old german health remedy). I'm certainly not an alcoholic now. 2.
