1: Drinking when your young can either deterr you from it for the rest of your life. or make you a binge drinker, but in between is the median if you liked drinking but you ddint take it too far. then you can turn out fine like if you just experiment, also if you grow up with a family that drinks wine with dinner and at a young age you try some, you can get a good image of drinking in moderation...

2: it still has bad effects but not as bad as smoking 1 a day or a pack a day. although any smoke in your body is bad for you...

3: depends on which drugs, also depends on each persons metabolism and ability, but you would be on a downward spiral. so depending on which drugs you took it would be something like, 5-8 years and you would die...

1. If alcohol is introduced slowly up until you turn legal (glass of wine with a meal at home or whatever) then studies show that you will have a more sensible approach to alcohol when you are legal than someone who has been completely dry up until the age they are legal to buy it.

2. Smoking in any sort of way can have effects on your body. Maybe not noticeable, but a cigarette is still a cigarette, no matter how you smoke it.

3. I'm assuming you're referring to illegal drugs here. I suppose it depends on the quantity, but I'm definately sure that it would have some kind of long term effect on your body

I would say to all the above, that everyone is different, and we all have different tolerances to different things!! It's very possible though!!

1. No. I was allowed to have some alcohol when I was younger - mostly as a cure for stomache aches (old german health remedy). I'm certainly not an alcoholic now.

2. Yes - carcinogens can cause cancer.

3. Depends on the drugs, how much, etc.
