Question by Queen of (suspension) Yack: If I market powdered sugar as cocaine and sell it to little kids on the playground …?
what are the possible charges to be associated if I was busted?
Is that fraud or would that actually be drug charges?
Due to the economy I am looking for some extra work. I already work for the schools and so I figured since I was there and all…

You will be charged with selling a look alike and the penalty will be doubled if it is on school grounds.~
Well, there wouldn’t be drug charges since you are not pushing drugs.
I don’t think the kids would complain since you are satisfying their sugar addiction.
You would probably lose your job and end up on the “Stupidest Criminals” television show. You would be the laughing stock of the local police station for years to come.
You have no future. Apply to McDonalds.
You would face drug charges as you are telling them it is drugs. Not that I think you are for real.
Well you’d have plenty of hyper schoolchildren on your hands, which would in turn cause an overrunning of detention halls because of the hyperactivity of all the children which have ingested your confectionery goodness.
With the future of America overcrowding detention halls, they would never learn anything.
At least half of them will probably run for government when they reach the appropriate age, so in turn if you go through with your plan, you’re setting the future of the country up for failure.
Or just a bunch of kids on a sugar high, I’d hate to be you when they crash.
you will be charged with possession and distribution..also another charge for selling on school grounds..and one for selling to minors..
I am sorry you just gonna have to think of something else..
But, seriously, folks, this would be funny. Some of these answers are kind of amusing, huh? I’m not sure what the specific charges would be, but there is a good chance you would end up in a locked psych ward, with charges pending, rather than jail. They would probably try to charge you with both fraud and drug charges of some sort, among other things, so it probably wouldn’t pay.
