.She has one kid though thats 16 and has lived with her boyfriend who is over 18, for months now. Will they bother her? This is in KY.My sister is just really scared they will come after her because shes under 18. And my dad has no joint custody on her. And shes not emancipated.

They might bother you, um… I mean her. You are underage living with a grown man. Usually, laws change from state to state, but in this case, I think, all around, this would be considered statutory rape. Authorities are going to investigate and they might found out about this. This negatively affects your, I mean her mother because it establishes she is not in control of her children. If I were her, I would call daddy and see what we can do. If daddy id not available, auntie, uncle. If there is no family, there is a child advocate at the courts designated for the children in question. That would be a good place to start.
