Yes because they’ll realize they made a mistake doing it and stop if they get help with it. They do it because they have a hard life or have trouble coping with life or etc and they do it and are afraid to get help, but if they get help they’ll stop and get the help they need. We can just let them continue to do it.

only if they want to i have two friends that relapsed from heroin now you can’t help them if they don’t want it
i have to say yes too…. i was a teen when i was first started going to AA and NA…. 38 years old now with 10+ years sober….i had a hard time staying sober as a teen though…. depending on the person
Absolutely. Often one type of abuse can lead to an even worse form of abuse. There are facilities and support groups that can aid, it’s just a matter of finding the right one. It’s never too late nor too early to seek help.
“Support groups are very helpful in overcoming alcoholism. One of the main factors is that group members help other members go through the recovery. Each person brings with him or her own personal experiences and ideas for how they were feeling at each step of the way and how they got through it. These personal experiences are extremely helpful to the recovering alcoholic because they often feel alone and as though they must suffer in silence.”
