Question by EIliot: What do you think should be done with these children?
Should women who are abusers of hard drugs (cocaine, heroine etc.) be allow to bring babies – considering the usual effect of theses drug – or should they be forced by law into having their tubes temporarily tied.
Oh the women being considered are those that make alot of children as a result of their problem.

Omg I totally agree with you it would make the world alot better
And what are your plans for stopping them from bringing babies into the world? Are you a Communist? What about women who drink alcohol during pregnancy, or women who smoke during pregnancy? Why not just sterilize everyone at birth and make them get a degree in parenting before they are allowed to have children? I’m being very facetious here.
Better idea! How about stopping the import and manufacture of illegal drugs?
There is really nothing that can be done. We can’t even enforce the laws we already have, why should we create new ones?
Who is going to hunt down these women and enforce a law such as that. That is like telling a woman she has to have an abortion. I do think that it is a problem that these women have so many children. I think the real question should be…Is it fair that the government provides money for these women who have so many children.

I think what you suggested is a great idea.that way,thier will be no abortions and if the abuser wants to go clean than when she is clean then she have her baby.
They bring drug addicted children into the world and the taxpayers are paying for medical, food, housing, etc. The mother just sits back and gets the check and keeps spreading her legs. THE GOVT NEEDS TO STERILIZE0 THEM. oH THEN THE IDIOT FATHERS GO AROUND WITH THEIR PECKER HANGING OUT TO SEE WHO ELSE THEY CAN SCREW AND GET PREGNANT HE SHOULD HAVE HIS BALLS PUT ON THE CHOPPING BLOCK
I think that if they dont stop using drugs and bring disabled and screwed up kids into the world then they should have the kids taken away and be forced to have a hisderectomy so no more children can be made. Now, I was using drugs (just pot) when I conceived my son and when i found out i was pregnant about 3 weeks later, I stopped cold turkey. I haven’t touched it since and i don’t want to. My son is fine and very healthy. If they believe that they can stop completely and go get jobs and be responsible, then I think they should be able to have kids, but should be evaluated weekly for drugs.
I am definitely not in favor of continuing to allow people with abusive behaviors to have children. But if you start taking away some people’s freedom of choice and agency where do you draw the line? What if someone thought that people that smoke, drink, or cuss shouldn’t have children? There wouldn’t be very many people having kids. Plus who would decide what’s fair? The main purpose of life is so people can make their own choices and learn and grow from them, as well as those people who are watching others mess up to learn too. At least now we know you won’t be one of these abusive women, right?
