Question by Designchc: Young, fit, non-alcoholic & Hypoglycemic??
I am 30 yrs. old and in good shape. I have just been diagnosed with Hypo. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from me because I have felt yuck for a long time and never understood why. Now I know what I need to do from here…Question is, it seems this only happens in people who drink a lot of alcohol (I have about one glass of wine per week), live on caffeine (I have one diet drink a day and a small cup of coffee), and are overweight( I am 5’3 & 115 lbs.). Is there anyone else out there who has been diagnosed with similarities and if so, what does your daily diet consist of? Also, can you really tell a difference in how you feel now that you have changed your diet?

I’m 5’4, 105, run 5 miles a day, and am hypo as well. I eat small meals throughout the day and NO SUGAR. I have never felt healthier. Typically I try and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, which have natural sugar, and whole grains (wheat bread, wheat pasta, etc.)
