Thanks! =) The issue here is much deeper than someone using marijuana, for any given reason. It’s about state’s rights.. The state should be the one to make these decisions and enforce the laws they deem necessary. California for example, it is legal for medical use when it is prescribed to you.. but the feds will still come break down your door and drag you away like a criminal. It’s a violation of the sovereignty of the individual states guaranteed under the constitution. not to mention Every time the federal gov’t declares a war on something, it gets worse. Drug use became more rampant after the war on drugs began. Same thing with the war on illiteracy, more kids now than ever cannot read. We went from “giving kids a head start” to “No child left behind”. Something is wrong, no? Think also of the war on terrorism, has it slowed or stopped the carrying out of terrorism? It’s a fraud, a failure, a waste of money, and a war on your individual freedom
