plezz guys i Seriously need help i think.
I’m hooked. I cant stop. I NEED!! it so badly and i can’t function without it!!
it’s killing me.
it’s splitting my family and alienating my frineds too.
I’m hooked on phonics!

Try substituting phonics for coke………..or pepsi.

Seek help from someone soon as posiple. You can do any thing if you set your mind too it just try to quit on your own.
Ask someone you know and trust. If you know someone that once had an addiction it would be even better, because they know what you are going through.
At least you know theres a problem, that makes a start
