parents can not stop children from drug addiction they can only help in there education about the drugs and the truth not propaganda spread by the govenment

Very important indeed,Though the way i look at this is simple: You tell a kid that they cannot do something,and they go do it. they rebel against what you say,when you try to make them. I always learned to never do drugs by just having someone in my family do them,I learned quick not to touch them,and from this day I have never touched a drug in my life.
Parents should take care of all their wants & wishes. Healthy food and enough rest can avoid drugs.
IT’s as important as taking the key away from your kid when he is about to stick it in a electrical outlet.
I must tell you that parents can’t prevent their child from addiction, however, they can stop enabling them. Addiction is a life long disease and is only treatable. I would suggest the parent to go to Ala-non and become educated with what type of disease they’re dealing with. I also want y ou to know that an addict can only help themselves when they’re ready and most times that takes them hitting their own “rock bottom.” You will find the tools and support that you need in Ala-non, if you’re the parent.
