It varies state by state with their laws. What kind of theft? Petty or grand? Was there property damage? Also in reference to the cocaine charge, was it one rock, was it powder, was it on school property? For the worst scenario, each charge is a felony. Felonies start at anyhting over a year. Also in regarding to felony charges, it ranges from what class of felony. Class 1 felonies carry more time than a class 6 felony. Some charges have a mandatory and a minumim time that must be set. For example some states have it so if a person is convicted of a violent felony, they have a sentence of say ten years. The law for that state may outline that the mandatory minimum a person can serve for that cahrge is seven years. The rest of the time is suspended for the next twenty years. Sorry I can’t give you exact numbers but it varies state by state and the amount of drugs and the amount of theft matters.
